 Flow process and control moden of elevator guide rail processing production line:

Feed - rust removing machine - straightening - paint - drying - planer - straightening inspection - processing equipment and conveyor - code - repaint- oil coating - packing (manual). 

The whole line is automatically transferred to PLC control and pneumatic control. The sketch map of the flow process is shown in the general plan of the workshop.

The speed of the whole line is 12~15 m/ min. The electrical control system use Japanese MITSUBISHI or Taiwan Delta PLC.

Technical description of elevator guide rail processing production line 

1.  Automatic Blank Straightening Machine: using the automatic straightening method, according to the size of the guide rail to determine the value of the straightness of the blank guide rails or after the guide rails after machining, the straightness requires a full length of less than 2mm/5m.


2 .   Manual Straightening Machine: using manual method, according to the size of the guide rail, the value of the straightness of the blank guide rail is determined, and the guide rail operated by the operator can meet this requirement. 


3.  Semi-automatic Twisting Machine: using manual method, according to the size of the guide rail to determine the distortion of the blank guide value (see the production process card), the operator to operate the guide to this requirement.


4.  Painting Machine: The paint quality is completely painted on the unfinished surface (blank surface) of the guide blank. The processed surface has a very small amount of paint, and the paint layer should be even and smooth. The paint is coated with a bottom roller (adjustable), and the side brush is applied. The thickness of the paint can be controlled by controlling the flow of the paint and adjusting the brush after the paint.


5.  Drying Room: drying method is infrared heating, drying temperature is adjustable from 0 to 80 degrees (temperature sensor, safety protection device, etc.)


6 .  Chip Removal Machine: the iron scraps machined from the planer are transported to the workshop, and through the parallel machine (for additional equipment) and lump, it is convenient for recycling.


7 . Planer: This machine is used for machining the plane and two sides of the elevator guide rail, and the upper plane and the two sides are machined at the same time, so as to achieve the goal of high efficiency. Because the machine tool has enough rigidity, it can process 8 guide rails at one time.

8. Automatic Precision Straightening Machine: The correction of the top straightness and the side straightness can be corrected separately. In the two workplaces (see the layout of the equipment plane), the side is corrected first, then the top is corrected. After the correction is completed, the displacement sensor is tested to determine whether the object is qualified or not.

9 .   Semi-automatic Metal Machining Production Line: this production line is specially used for the semi-automatic milling of the end face of the guide rail and the large back processing, the special machine tool and the logistics of the two ends and the mortise and tenons and holes at both ends.


10 .   Automatic Metal Machining Production Line: this production line is specially used for the automatic milling of the end face of the guide rail and the large back processing, the special machine tool and the logistics of the two ends and the mortise and tenons and holes at both ends. 


11 .   The Cold Drawn Rail Processing Line: It adopts automatic transportation and pneumatic turnover to reduce labor intensity and improve labor efficiency.


12.    Automatic Measuring Machine for Straightness: a single laser range sensor first detects the side of the guide rail, the guide passes through the 90 degree rollover, and the laser displacement sensor is used to measure the straightness data of the top of the T guide.


13.    Oil Coating Machine: the guide surface of the guide way is an automatic oiling area. The automatic coating is used to cover the oil coating area. The end of the guide rail is tenon, big back, hole, and rust proof oil is manually oiled on the horizontal moving frame after coating the oil.
